About the role

Skills Agency is seeking a proactive French‑speaking Project Coordinator to act as the liaison between international French‑speaking clients and internal development teams. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects for international clients, guaranteeing seamless execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and delivering on expectations.
• Collaborate with data analysis teams and developers to monitor progress and quality.
• Align client requirements with sprint goals and ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Organise tasks, improve processes, and drive efficiency across all development stages.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (minimum B2) and strong English proficiency.
• Fresh to 1+ year of experience in project management or coordination.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
