French Team Lead / Quality Manager / Trainer – Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking professional to lead a team, manage quality, and deliver training for a client in Bangalore. The role combines leadership, quality assurance, and process training within a French language insurance and customer‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end French language workflows and monitor team performance metrics.
• Provide empathetic leadership while overseeing insurance and underwriting operations conducted in French.
• Ensure all verbal and written communications meet the mandatory C1 certification standard.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client and user experience.
• Coordinate training sessions for new and existing team members on French language processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in French language customer service, insurance, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• French language proficiency at C1 level (both spoken and written).
