French Medical Interpreter & Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a French Medical Interpreter & Operations Executive to join our team at Apollo Hospitals in Navi Mumbai. This full‑time, on‑site position supports French‑speaking patients by providing accurate interpretation and assists with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Provide French‑English simultaneous and consecutive interpretation during consultations, procedures, rounds and emergency situations.
• Translate medical documents, consent forms, discharge summaries and patient information materials.
• Coordinate appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain documentation for international patients.
• Liaise with clinical teams, International Patient Services and administrative departments to enhance service quality.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and JCI standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical interpretation within a hospital or clinical setting.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent listening and speaking abilities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology across multiple specialties.
• Experience working in healthcare administration or patient services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Navi Mumbai and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
