French Language Interpreter

About the role

DATAMARK, Inc. is looking for a skilled French Language Interpreter to join its remote team. The interpreter will enable smooth, real‑time communication between English‑speaking and French‑speaking customers and clients, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to, understand, and accurately interpret conversations between customers/clients speaking English and French in real time.
• Deliver clear, precise, and culturally appropriate interpretations while preserving the original intent and tone.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and organizational guidelines related to the interpretation process.
• Achieve or exceed quality, productivity, and compliance targets set for the role.
• Stay updated on client‑specific updates, process changes, and policy enhancements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Participate in training, coaching, and quality‑calibration sessions as required.

Required profile

• Certification in French language, French language training, or relevant customer‑support experience with French is highly preferred.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and French with excellent comprehension.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Good listening skills and the ability to interpret spoken information accurately.
• Energetic, positive attitude toward handling issues and challenges.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
