French Language Expert

About the role

We are seeking a French Language Expert to join a leading client’s voice support team in Bangalore or Gurugram. The role involves handling French‑language customer interactions via phone, delivering professional and empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end French voice and customer support interactions.
• Provide accurate, courteous resolutions to customer queries in French.
• Maintain B2 or C1 certification standards in all verbal and written communications.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the language workflow.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in French voice processes.
• Certified French proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore or Gurugram.

Required skills
