French Bilingual Panel Support Helpdesk

About the role

We are looking for a French‑bilingual Panel Support Helpdesk professional to join Numerator’s Worldpanel team in India. You will be responsible for onboarding, training and supporting our panellists, ensuring high engagement and accurate purchase data across categories such as grocery, fresh produce and alcohol.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new panellists from online leads, referrals and field activities.
• Onboard and train panellists, handling replacements for drop‑outs.
• Monitor panellist participation during the first month, address concerns and boost engagement.
• Collect feedback and relay it to the Project Manager for continuous improvement.
• Use the Global Panel Management (GPM) tool to track interactions and quality checks.
• Train panellists on the rewards programme and hand them over to permanent PME after the first reward.
• Ensure demographic targets are met during recruitment.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (professional proficiency) and English.
• Experience in helpdesk or panel recruitment environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Comfortable working a 40‑hour week with flexible hours to match French business hours.
