Freelancer Recruiter (Commission-Based)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition for a variety of positions. This role offers flexibility in working hours and is compensated primarily through a commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional references.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain a recruitment tracker.
• Negotiate salaries within the allocated budget and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Create and maintain a candidate database, keeping talent pipelines active across all levels and functions.
• Collate employee documentation prior to offer release and verify salary fitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a freelance or commission‑based setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
