Freelance Full-Stack Web App Developer (JavaScript/TypeScript & Python/Node)

About the role

Mindrift is seeking experienced freelance full‑stack developers to build interactive browser‑based applications for the Tendem project. As an AI Pilot, you will work remotely alongside AI agents, turning AI‑generated code into production‑ready web products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js) and backend APIs (Python with FastAPI/Flask or Node.js with Express).
• Create and maintain data models, schemas, and persistence layers with PostgreSQL, SQLite or NoSQL stores.
• Implement authentication, session handling, and role‑based access controls where required.
• Integrate third‑party services and LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into product features.
• Handle state management, input validation, error handling, and loading states for a smooth user experience.
• Develop standalone Python scripts for data processing, API clients, or lightweight backend utilities.
• Review and refactor AI‑generated code to ensure security, performance, and maintainability.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, part‑time freelance setting.
