Freelance AI Training Specialist (English Communication)

About the role

This is a 100% freelance contract focused on Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and AI data annotation. You will work remotely with complete freedom to schedule your tasks around your personal commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Critically evaluate and improve AI model outputs across text, audio, and video formats.
• Write high‑quality prompts and ground‑truth responses to train models in nuanced writing styles, tone, and grammar.
• Review multimodal content for emotional nuance, clarity, pronunciation, and conversational flow.
• Identify subtle logical fallacies, grammatical errors, unnatural phrasing, or cultural misalignments in AI‑generated outputs.

Required profile

• Near‑native mastery of English in writing, speech, and video presentation.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of objective language critique.
• Comfortable using AI annotation platforms and digital workspaces.
• Background in linguistics, English literature, journalism, communications, or ESL training is highly preferred.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quality webcam/microphone, and a quiet private workspace.
