FP&A Lead

About the role

Fluence is seeking a high‑impact FP&A Lead to own financial planning and performance management for its corporate functions. The role partners directly with senior leadership to drive cost discipline, shape financial strategy, and enable data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end FP&A for corporate functions, including planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, challenging spend and driving financial accountability.
• Design and institutionalise initiatives such as cost allocations, cross‑charges, capitalization and expense governance frameworks.
• Deliver executive‑ready insights, presentations and recommendations to support strategic decisions and long‑term planning.
• Identify, lead and execute cost‑optimisation, efficiency‑improvement and value‑creation initiatives.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation, standardisation and best‑practice adoption.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing FP&A support structure to ensure quality, consistency and scalability.

Required profile

• CA / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter with strong relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or finance business partnering.
• Proven track record of independently managing senior stakeholders and delivering financial outcomes.
