FP&A Director, Renewable Energy

About the role

Enfinity Global is an independent power producer developing, financing, building, operating and owning renewable energy assets in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Its team of over 400 finance professionals and project experts works across the project life cycle. The FP&A Director in Hyderabad is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the company's global FP&A operations, working with leaders of all functional teams on reporting, forecasting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the long-range planning process, coordinating with business leaders on 3-year business plans covering bookings, revenue and expenses.
• Lead the annual operating plan process, working with senior management on bookings, revenue and expense budgets.
• Manage and improve reporting cycles, including the monthly forecast with full P&L ownership and presentation to the Board of Directors.
• Work with the Controller on cash management and cash flow forecasting.
• Support M&A and integration, including due diligence and integrating acquired companies into the forecasting and reporting framework.
• Establish policies and procedures for cost analysts and manage a team of Financial and Business Analysts, including their career development.
• Own the preparation of financial statements and financial models, including scenario planning, and define processes for monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Analyze financial results and trends to recommend actions, and drive management reporting to be more accurate and timely.
• Lead ad hoc financial modeling and reporting for special projects, and partner with IT to improve forecasting through automation and system optimization.

Required profile

• 10-15 years in an FP&A role with leadership experience.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification mandatory.
• Global company experience preferred; moderate travel required.
