About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Founder’s Office Program Manager to join our fast‑growing client in Gurgaon. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will design and launch strategic programs, remove operational bottlenecks, and turn bold ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on high‑impact business and operational initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely follow‑through.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, optimizing processes across teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain accountability, alignment, and punctual execution.
• Develop scalable processes that improve execution efficiency.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous, high‑growth environments.
• Leverage AI tools daily to boost productivity and accelerate execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in program or business operations management.
• Strong ownership mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working onsite five days a week in a fast‑paced setting.
