Founder’s Office Executive

About the role

This Founder’s Office Executive position is a hands‑on, high‑exposure role at a fast‑growing content and media agency. You will work directly with the founder, supporting day‑to‑day execution across hiring, research, operations, and internal projects while gaining a deep understanding of how an agency runs behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

• Hiring & People Coordination: screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and internal teams, and maintain hiring trackers.
• Research & Preparation: conduct market, competitor and content research; assist in creating decks, briefs, notes and internal documents; support pitch and strategy research.
• Operations & Project Support: track ongoing internal projects, follow up on deadlines, help structure workflows and processes, and coordinate across marketing, content, and operations teams.
• Founder Support & Coordination: manage small but critical tasks for the founder, act as a bridge between the founder and the team, and ensure execution does not slip through gaps.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of professional experience and a strong desire to learn agency operations.
• Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator who can follow through on tasks and take ownership.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Mumbai.
