Food & Beverage Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Service Associate to join our hotel team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests, ensuring tables are set to standards, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing side duties as assigned, including table setting and side‑station preparation.
• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and ensure food and beverage are served according to hotel standards.
• Apply HACCP food safety and hygiene procedures, and follow fire and life‑safety protocols.
• Upsell and promote menu items, cross‑sell other dining venues, and thank guests upon departure.
• Clear and tidy tables promptly, manage supply requisitions, and report any complaints or incidents.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings.

Required profile

• Industrial training completed.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
