Food & Beverage Executive

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Fairmont Udaipur Palace as a Food & Beverage Executive. You will lead daily operations across restaurants, cafés, bars, banquet services and room service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen teams for efficient food preparation and timely service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Train, motivate and schedule service staff, preparing duty rosters.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety in line with company policies.
• Manage inventory, order supplies and control waste to minimise costs.
• Oversee billing, cash handling and POS system operations.
• Assist in planning promotions, special events and banquet functions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Service.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants or clubs.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.
