About the role

We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Server to join our restaurant team in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering high‑standard service to guests, ensuring their comfort, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène for service.
• Greet, seat, and attend to guests promptly, ensuring a comfortable dining experience.
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards and operating manuals.
• Minimise breakage, spoilage, and wastage throughout service.
• Create accurate bills, collect payments, and handle cash or electronic transactions responsibly.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management or the supervisor.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, kitchen, and stewarding staff.
• Show interest in the processes of other departments and build good working relationships across the team.
• Keep the immediate supervisor informed of any significant problems or unusual matters.
