About the role
Accor is seeking a proactive Food and Beverage Executive to support daily operations in its hospitality venues. The role involves ensuring equipment readiness, maintaining high standards of service, and stepping in for the Food & Beverage Manager when required.
Key responsibilities
- Set up all operating equipment and inspect linen and condiments before service.
- Become familiar with every dish on the menu to answer guest inquiries.
- Clear soiled chinaware, glassware, and silverware from guest tables and reset tables for the next guests.
- In the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, take guest orders and advise on special menu options.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Good knowledge of menu items and ability to communicate specials to guests.
- Willingness to assume managerial duties when the manager is unavailable.
- Team‑player attitude with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.
