Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Food and Beverage Attendant will join Van Rasa by Isles & Vales in New Delhi, delivering courteous and efficient service throughout the dining experience. This full-time, on-site position involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, present menus and answer basic inquiries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle basic billing, process payments via the point-of-sale system, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Observe and follow hygiene, safety and food-handling standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café or hotel environment is advantageous.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy skills and a professional, respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues.
