About the role
We are looking for a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our hospitality team. The role involves preparing food, handling beverages, and delivering excellent service to guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and handle food and beverage items following hygiene and safety protocols.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and guest‑focused service, including explaining menu items and sharing product stories.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Required profile
- Strong focus on hygiene, safety, and sustainability.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to ethical sourcing.
Required skills
- Food preparation and food & beverage handling.
- Food service and customer service.
- Effective communication to explain menu items and collaborate with colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of specialty coffee or a strong interest in learning coffee origins and brewing methods.
