About the role

We are looking for an experienced welding production manager to lead the coordination and control of our manufacturing processes. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce are efficiently allocated to meet order deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the full manufacturing process for steel structure welding.
• Allocate production capacity and workforce to achieve production goals.
• Ensure plant operation meets order deadlines, quality, and budget requirements.
• Contribute to the development of manufacturing technology and process improvements.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑batch or low‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Technical education at least at a medium level (technical secondary school).
• Preferably a welding technologist qualification or higher technical degree.

Required skills

• MIG/MAG welding.
• Flux‑cored (Fogyóelektródás) welding.
• Welding of steel structures.
• Knowledge of metal industry, welding and manufacturing technology.
