Flux‑Cored (MIG/MAG) Manual Arc Welder

About the role

We are looking for an experienced welding professional to lead the coordination and management of our manufacturing processes. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce are efficiently scheduled to meet order deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle coordination of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Optimise workforce allocation and ensure smooth plant operation.
• Meet production goals while delivering orders on time, within quality specifications and budget.
• Contribute to the development of manufacturing technology and process improvements.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑batch or low‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Technical education at least at a medium level; higher technical or welding technologist qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of metal‑industry, welding and production technologies.
