Fitness Instructor

About the role

LuxFit Wellness, a premium fitness centre, is looking for enthusiastic Fitness Instructors to join its team. You will provide expert coaching, design personalized fitness programmes and help create a motivating environment for members seeking transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group training sessions tailored to client goals.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels and develop customized workout plans.
• Guide members through strength, fat‑loss, functional and mobility exercises.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of gym equipment.
• Motivate and inspire clients to achieve consistent progress.
• Track client progress and adjust programmes as needed.

Required profile

• Level 3 Fitness Certification (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary starting at ₹12,000 per month, up to ₹20,000 based on experience.
