About the role
The Hospital Pharmacist will join a leading medical institute in Thrissur, providing pharmaceutical services to support patient care and clinical teams. This position requires a qualified pharmacist with at least one year of experience in a hospital setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, dispense, and verify medications according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal drug therapy.
- Maintain accurate medication records and manage inventory.
- Provide counseling to patients and caregivers on medication use.
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to medication safety initiatives.
Required profile
- B.Pharm and D.Pharm qualifications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and hospital pharmacy operations.
Required skills
- Pharmacy practice and drug dispensing.
