About the role
We are looking for a motivated Financial Reporting Trainee to join our finance team. In this role you will support the preparation and analysis of financial statements while gaining exposure to month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal company policies.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reporting processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting standards.
- Analytical mindset with good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
