Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

About the role

Smytten is seeking an FP&A Executive to join its finance team in Ahmedabad. You will work closely with business and finance stakeholders to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, turning data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and financial planning process, preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop financial models for business plans, growth initiatives, and strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports, analysing variances against budget and forecast.
• Partner with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Retail and other teams to evaluate proposals, campaigns and new initiatives.
• Build and maintain management dashboards, streamline recurring reports and track key financial KPIs.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, evaluate ROI and profitability of new projects.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into clear business insights.
• Good understanding of revenue streams, cost structures and unit economics.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
