Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical within the Intelligent Insurance Operations practice. The role will support the insurance transformation journey by providing accurate financial outcomes through data collection, analysis, and transaction reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate operational data and reports across multiple insurance lines.
• Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Reconcile transactions and ensure data integrity for derivatives hedge accounting, residential and commercial mortgage loans, bonds, equity, and other invested assets.
• Prepare corporate reporting, net investment income (NII) calculations, and global real‑estate data management outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end insurance transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles.
• In‑depth knowledge of the investments domain, including asset classes and investment operations.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes such as budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
