About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will help determine financial outcomes by gathering operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and validate operational reports and data for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Perform variance and trend analysis to identify financial performance gaps.
• Support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario models.
• Analyze lower‑complexity financial problems and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate daily with internal peers and provide updates to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate performance reporting and documentation.
• Potentially work rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• BCom degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong domain knowledge of finance and good communication skills.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow detailed instructions.
