Financial Controller – Lead Finance Function

About the role

Cyfuture is seeking a Finance Controller to own the financial engine of its fast‑growing IT services business. You will lead controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions while partnering closely with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and month‑end closing.
• Drive accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Professional Tax.
• Manage statutory, internal, tax audits and limited reviews.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.
• Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.
• Lead ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to improve working capital, financial discipline and reporting.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in financial accounting, controllership, audits and statutory compliance.
• Experience in IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data‑centre or cloud services is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end closure, ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated ownership, analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.
