Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Financial Controller to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role will be based on‑site and will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage the month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Streamline and improve financial processes and controls.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to develop performance‑enhancing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience in financial statements and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to evaluate financial data.
• In‑depth understanding of finance concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
