Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Controller with 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial records, lead close processes, and support strategic decision‑making across domestic and international subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy of records.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing standalone and consolidated statements in line with Ind AS/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present management, board, and statutory reports, including SEBI LODR filings.
• Drive consolidation of subsidiaries, handling intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, foreign‑currency translations, and adjustments.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to aid strategic planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders, and maintain internal controls and process improvements.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring timely implementation.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controllership functions.
• Post‑CA qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
