Financial Controller

About the role

ClickPost is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure financial integrity, drive strategic planning, and support the company’s rapid growth in the post‑purchase intelligence space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the finance department, delivering accurate MIS, cash‑flow statements, and budget‑vs‑actual reports.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management, optimizing working capital.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Support fundraising initiatives through financial analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive efficiency.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making to align finance with growth objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning, controlling, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and tax compliance.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
