Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Finance Controller to join our Finance & Controllership team. The role will strengthen financial reporting, statutory compliance and internal controls while supporting cash‑flow planning, budgeting and business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and support group consolidation across multiple entities.
• Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors, ensuring timely audit closures.
• Monitor compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST and other regulations.
• Assist in GST, TDS and Income Tax filings and support tax audit processes.
• Strengthen internal controls, identify gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Support cash‑flow planning, banking operations and working‑capital optimisation.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting inputs and analysis of P&L performance for management reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified or semi‑qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance / CA Inter.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance or controllership.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Zoho, SAP or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax and Companies Act compliance.
