Financial Controller

About the role
A process‑oriented Finance Controller with a Chartered Accountancy qualification, responsible for finance and compliance across the firm’s Category‑II AIF, its investment manager entity and associated SPVs. The role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, regulatory compliance and treasury functions within a real‑estate private‑equity environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws and audit requirements.
- Prepare financial statements and investor reports for the AIF and related entities.
- Monitor internal controls, accounting policies and standard operating procedures across units.
- Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury activities and debt raising initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 5‑7 years of experience in AIF finance and compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
