Financial Controller

About the role

Enerdyne is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead finance functions for its automotive component manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for driving financial planning, cost control, and strategic insights that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, profitability, and implement cost‑control initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, fixed assets, and working‑capital management to ensure accurate records and efficient cash flow.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, variance analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle audits, taxation, statutory compliance, and maintain strong internal controls.
• Lead finance teams, support ERP/system improvements, and evaluate strategic investments and projects.

Required profile

• Qualified CA or CMA with 12–15 years of finance, costing, and plant controlling experience in the auto component or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, product costing, inventory management, MIS reporting, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in manufacturing finance, cost optimization, working‑capital management, ERP systems, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and business‑partnering abilities.
