Financial Controller – EMEA Region (Hybrid)

About the role

Join BCD Travel as a Financial Controller supporting the EMEA region. You will work in a hybrid setting, delivering accurate monthly reporting, budgeting and rolling forecasts while turning insights into actionable business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports for the EMEA region.
• Develop and maintain financial planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and present clear, concise reporting.
• Drive corrective actions based on analytical insights.
• Support internal and external financial audits.
• Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and temporary initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience in finance or accounting, preferably in controlling or financial analysis.
• Familiarity with accounting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Strong numeric and analytical mindset with a detail‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational environment with cross‑border finance exposure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex models, large data sets).
• ERP systems such as SAP or VENA (plus).
• Financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Power BI (plus).
• AI‑related analytical skills (plus).
