Financial Auditor

About the role

The Financial Auditor will lead internal audit and compliance activities across all financial functions, ensuring adherence to Indian labor regulations, tax statutes, and company policies. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate audit reports and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular internal audits of accounts payable, receivable, payroll and other financial transactions.
• Verify compliance with Indian Labor Codes, GST, TDS and internal policies.
• Review balance sheets, income statements and cash‑flow reports for accuracy and flag discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports for senior management.
• Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems to mitigate fraud and financial leakage.
• Monitor departmental budgets versus actual expenditures in Feed Mill, Hatcheries, and Farms.
• Audit procurement, supply‑chain processes and salary structures for legal compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors during year‑end closures and statutory audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting internal audits of financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor regulations, GST, and TDS.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and identify irregularities.
• Experience evaluating internal controls and recommending improvements.
• Effective coordination with external audit teams.
