Financial Analyst II – Asset Reporting

About the role

Envestnet is seeking a Financial Analyst II to strengthen its asset‑based reporting capabilities. You will work within the Finance FP&A team, delivering data infrastructure, reporting, and insights that support the company’s financial objectives and long‑term strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end reporting for asset‑based metrics, including tracking, revenue attribution, fee schedules, and platform performance analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain recurring dashboards and reports that provide visibility into asset flows, billing, and growth trends.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate evolving reporting needs into scalable analytical solutions.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and risks within financial data and present findings to finance leadership.
• Support special projects, ad‑hoc analysis, and ensure data integrity across source systems, data warehouses, and reporting tools.
• Document data definitions, reporting methodologies, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology, Sales, and Operations teams to improve data pipelines and automate processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data & Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
