Financial Analyst 3

About the role

This position provides strategic financial insights and solutions for specific business units. The analyst drives forecasting processes, aligns them with overall objectives, and supports policy and process enhancements. The role may also lead teams or projects, ensuring accurate information validation and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analysis for designated functions, identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Participate in cross‑functional finance teams and act as the finance representative.
• Maintain relationships with business leaders to influence decisions.
• Drive weekly, monthly, and long‑term forecasting, analyzing trends and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Provide guidance on controls, budgeting, ROI decisions, and overall business planning.
• Lead moderate to high‑complexity projects, delivering professional reports and supporting strategic plans.
• Mentor lower‑level staff to improve individual and organizational performance.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related area (or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience).
• Preferred certifications: CPA or CFA.
