Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead end‑to‑end financial management for our business unit. The role combines strategic planning, treasury, budgeting, costing and financial reporting, working closely with senior leadership to drive data‑driven decisions and support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop long‑term credit control and collections strategies and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance and Marketing heads to design pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the budgeting process at the business‑unit level, prepare schedules, consolidate departmental inputs and monitor variance.
• Oversee treasury operations, including receipts, payments, bank reconciliations, cash‑flow forecasting and funding negotiations.
• Define and enforce credit policies, monitor aging, and implement collection risk mitigation.
• Guide costing processes for new products, cost allocation and MIS reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulations and support internal/external audits.
• Finalize statutory books, supervise secretarial compliance and enhance internal controls.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, managing workload, training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of finance leadership experience covering budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit and costing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial governance, internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Experience managing high‑performing finance teams and driving operational efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for budgeting, reporting and financial close.
