Finance Manager

About the role

Sheshi.AI is a fast‑growing SaaS platform that applies AI and automation to financial reporting and analytics. The Finance Manager will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer to support the company’s financial stability and growth during its expansion phase.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CFO in developing and executing the company’s financial strategy and providing insights for business decisions.
• Support preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead the budgeting process, produce regular forecasts and monitor performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and help manage financial risks, develop internal controls and oversee insurance and risk‑management policies.
• Oversee cash‑flow and liquidity management, maintain relationships with banks and optimise the capital structure.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, manage capital expenditures and support mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions.
• Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker capable of providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Proven experience supporting CFOs or senior finance leadership in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities with a focus on compliance and risk management.
• Leadership skills to guide and develop finance team members.
