Accounts Executive

About the role

Handle day‑to‑day accounting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance for a fast‑growing immigration firm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail‑heavy work and wants ownership of core accounting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record and update all transactions in ERP systems accurately.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Support taxation activities including GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESI and related compliances.
• Prepare and manage invoicing and billing for clients and partners.
• Handle petty cash and branch‑level transactions as required.
• Reconcile ledgers, perform bank and payment‑gateway reconciliations regularly.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven experience in accounting or accounts executive roles.
• Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, standards and relevant laws.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior staff when needed.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP9.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Payment‑gateway reconciliation and reporting.
