Finance Manager

About the role

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and coordinate all financial activities across its technology and e‑commerce services divisions. The role involves strategic planning, compliance, budgeting and providing actionable financial insights to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complete financial operations of all departments and business verticals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, profitability, expenses and overall financial performance.
• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Guide, support and manage the accounts and finance team, including junior accountants.
• Review accounting entries, reconciliations, payroll processes and financial reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, audit, statutory filings and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and external financial agencies.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies and reporting systems.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Monitor and optimise operational costs and financial efficiency.
• Handle financial reporting for India and GCC operations.
• Collaborate with department heads for budget planning and tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounts or financial management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end finance operations independently.
• Advanced analytical, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus).
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• Financial reporting tools.
