Finance Executive

About the role

Hilton is seeking a Finance Executive to support its global hotel operations. The role involves handling core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Accountant with month‑end closing, reconcile general ledger accounts, and prepare weekly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month‑end journals, financial statements, and accounting reports as required.
• Ensure timely tax submissions and liaise with government tax authorities.
• Process accounts payable, audit purchase orders and supplier invoices, and forward payments for approval.
• Maintain accurate voucher records and manage cheque issuance in numerical order.
• Collect, count, and report daily cash collections, prepare cash deposit slips, and reconcile cash float.
• Coordinate with other departments on accounting matters and support internal control initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in general ledger accounting, bank reconciliation and month‑end close processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and tax filing requirements.
• Ability to handle cash management duties with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills to cooperate with finance teams and external government agencies.
