About the role
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Finance Controller to partner with business and plant leadership teams. The role focuses on identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies, compliance risks, and value leakages across operations, and driving sustainable improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct project‑based reviews across plants to assess operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Identify control lapses, policy deviations, and potential value leakages in procurement, inventory, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and asset management.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and quantify the financial impact of identified issues.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend practical enhancements.
- Drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives focused on cost optimisation, process efficiency, governance, and risk mitigation.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and control exceptions.
- Prepare management reports and present findings to senior leaders.
