About the role
We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Controller for a reputable industrial consulting firm based in Bengaluru. Reporting to the CFO/Director of Finance, you will lead financial operations and ensure robust reporting and compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate external audits.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Lead and develop the finance & accounts team.
- Drive ERP system utilization and generate MIS reports for decision‑making.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 7–12 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in professional services or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong MIS reporting capabilities.
