Finance Controller (CA) – Cleantech

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead financial management for our cleantech initiatives. The role involves overseeing project‑level P&L, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle project P&L accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and present financial statements in line with Ind AS and other applicable standards.
• Lead investor reporting, MIS packs, and treasury functions including cash‑flow planning, liquidity management, and foreign‑currency hedging.
• Drive statutory and internal audit processes, GST compliance, and GST refund management for export activities.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and cross‑border transaction compliance.
• Administer financial operations for Singapore subsidiaries and set up cross‑border SPVs with proper governance.
• Build project budgets, conduct variance analysis, and implement robust tracking frameworks.
• Lead ERP implementation and continuous improvement of internal financial controls.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA – ICAI) qualified or MBA in Finance from a Tier‑1 institution.
• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification finance experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience in carbon credit projects, renewable energy, infrastructure or construction finance, or real‑estate development is preferred.
