Finance Controller Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller Analyst to manage corporate accounting, taxation, regulatory and financial reporting for HP Inc's foreign subsidiaries. The role works closely with Finance Operations, Tax, Treasury and IT to ensure compliance and drive key controllership projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage local statutory audits, tax filings, transfer pricing and overall regulatory compliance for legal entities.
• Analyze financial data, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and monitor changes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business leaders to influence decision‑making.
• Support tax experts on litigation and tax assessment cases.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant qualification from India or US Certified Public Accountant (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance Controller or Statutory Auditor.
• Experience with Big 4 firms is an advantage.
