Field Supervisor - Construction

About the role

The Field Supervisor will lead construction activities on site, ensuring safety, ethics and quality standards are met while coordinating with sales, service and client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule jobs according to customer requirements and contractual obligations.
• Monitor construction progress, perform field safety audits, and conduct site inspections.
• Interact with clients, follow up on AMT, submit BPR, and manage payment collection.
• Develop and implement site safety and logistics plans, and deliver field education training.
• Coordinate material deliveries, forecast labour resources, and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Analyze project situations, create contingencies for estimates, and support equipment transfers with the service team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction supervision and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of safety and quality compliance on job sites.
• Ability to plan, schedule and monitor construction activities.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and experience handling contractual documentation.
• Competence in managing subcontractors and coordinating material logistics.
