Field Supervisor – Construction (Elevator Projects)

About the role

Otis is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead elevator construction projects in Goa. The role combines on‑site supervision, client interaction, and safety management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute business plans for the assigned geographic area.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor construction jobs in coordination with the team.
• Visit sites regularly to track progress, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Manage client relationships, handle payments, and submit required documentation such as BPR and AMT follow‑ups.
• Coordinate material deliveries from the factory and forecast labor resources.
• Conduct field education and training to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in review meetings to monitor project status and address contingencies.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Leadership, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry, preferably in installation.
