Field Service Engineer – Electronics

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth India as a Field Service Engineer focused on electronics. You will provide on‑site support for servo drives, motors, HMIs and motion controllers, ensuring customers receive rapid, effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and analyse electronic products (servo drives, motors, HMI, motion controllers) at customer sites.
• Prepare detailed CAPA and RCA reports for repetitive failures and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver maintenance training and basic PLC programming to customers.
• Handle installation support, service book updates, and audit compliance.
• Manage the full SAP field‑service process from notification to technical report, including offer preparation and negotiation.

• Ability to work independently on customer sites and communicate technical findings clearly.
